1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ice.domains, including domain name registration, DNS hosting, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Domain registration

Domain registrations are processed through accredited registrar partners and are subject to the applicable registry policies and the ICANN Registrants' Rights and Responsibilities where applicable. Prices for registration, renewal, and transfer are shown before purchase. Registrations are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry. You are responsible for renewing your domains before expiry; we send renewal reminders but the responsibility to renew remains yours.

4. Free DNS hosting

DNS hosting is provided free of charge, for domains registered with us or elsewhere. We impose no fixed limits on zones, records, or queries, but we may apply technical safeguards against abuse (including rate limiting) and may suspend zones used for malware distribution, phishing, botnet command and control, or other abusive purposes. The free DNS service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis; our uptime target for DNS resolution is 100%, but the service carries no financial service-level credits.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, conduct phishing, or interfere with the operation of the Services or other networks. We may suspend or terminate Services involved in such activity, with notice where practicable.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card details. Charges for completed domain registrations are non-refundable except where required by law or where a registration fails to complete, in which case the amount is refunded or credited.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time; active domain registrations remain valid until expiry and can be transferred out. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
